Accountable Management
and Realty, Inc. has been involved in the management
of commercial properties since 1987. Our comprehensive
management style allows our clients the luxury of as
little or as much involvement as they prefer. The majority
of our clients, by their preference, enjoy a "turn
key" operation of their properties. They choose
not to deal with the day to day operations, but rather
to enjoy the confidence that their properties are well
cared for.
Having dealt with a wide spectrum of property conditions,
ranging from new to distressed, we have found that
good hands-on management control is as essential
to the initial lease-up of a newly constructed property
as to the continuing improvement and consistent performance
of an existing site. Special attention is required
to achieve high occupancy and income, while holding
operating expenses to a minimum. In all instances,
income growth and marketability are very dependent
upon management that is sensitive to the needs of
the tenant as well as the area, and the competition.
In addition to management services, we are also
available to aid in the location, purchase and development
of commercial property. As a real estate brokerage
firm, we are involved in the purchase and resale
of vacant land as well as existing facilities and
businesses. |
