Among our awesome staff of twenty, we offer our clients over one hundred fifty years of self storage experience. Our team has poured all of their knowledge, experience, and wisdom into making our clients' self storage facilities as successful as possible, and we have now consolidated all of this information into our consulting and training programs – as well as the set of manuals that we are offering. Brenda Scarborough Brenda Scarborough
President and founder of Accountable Management, Brenda has twenty two years experience in the self storage industry, where she specializes in full service management, consulting, and training. She is a long standing member of the Florida and National Self Storage Associations, and is currently serving as a member of the Board of Directors at the national level.
   
Travis Lawhorne Travis Lawhorne
Vice President of Accountable Management and a board member of the Florida Self Storage Association, Travis has fourteen years of experience in self storage. His knowledge has been obtained from the ground up, and this broad base enables him, along with his team, to oversee the daily operations of forty plus stores throughout Florida.
   
Sherri Loeffelholz Sherri Loeffelholz
Vice President of Accountable Management, Sherri has twenty years of experience in the self storage industry. As one of the founders of Accountable Management, she has knowledge of all aspects of self storage, but now focuses primarily on the financial and administrative side of the business. Her diverse experience gives her a unique perspective in overseeing the financial interests of our clients.
   
Gary Elliott Gary Elliott "GL"
Director of Operations for Accountable Management. With over thirty five years of experience in sales and management, eighteen of those in self storage, GL brings a vast array of knowledge to the table. His main responsibility is working directly with the on-site staff, guiding and directing them to ensure success of the stores in our portfolio.
